Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience of large-scale enterprise sales to central government or the Fortune 100.
    Intricate familiarity with procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to compellingly articulate OptimalAI’s offering to varying levels of technical skill and seniority.
  • Ability to understand customers’ requirements and how OptimalAI software can address them.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and a love of getting things done, no matter the circumstances.
  • Experience building and managing relationships, and collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to travel (50%+) per business needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive mission-critical sales to scale OptimalAI operations. You’ll be collaborating with stakeholders across the Fortune 100 and US central government to drive new streams of revenue. To be successful you should have excellent relationship building skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • In coordination with leadership, develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing the company’s presence in a defined government or commercial institution.
  • Develop deep familiarity of how OptimalAI can solve a wide range of real-world problems.
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities.
  • Drive sales strategy by designing processes, tools, and dashboard improvements.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel, metrics and insight delivery.
  • Set and communicate the sales goals, expectations and priorities to ensure targets are met.
  • Continually identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and maximize goal attainment.
  • Translate data-driven insights into business initiatives and scalable operational plan.
  • Create high quality presentations for regular reviews with leadership.
