Description
Purpose Choroidal melanomas represent the most frequent intraocular malignancy [1] with the liver and bone being the most common sites of metastases. The aim of this study was to establish the incidence of positive scans for liver metastases within the context of referrals made for PET/CT staging of choroidal melanomas, and compare this with the liver ultrasound findings.
