Learning Machine: design and implementation

We present design and implementation of the machine learning system called Learning Machine. The system enables usage of dierent machine learning techniques on large sets of data, with a special part that enables direct incorporation of text data collected from the Web. The system incorporates a whole range of components used in machine learning research and application on real-world data, used in data mining, text-learning, learning on Web. The system is design in object oriented paradigm to enable easy combination of dierent components.
