This research was prepared to reveal the relationship between authentic leadership level of professors and individual career planning of students in Mugla Sitki Kocman University Tourism Faculty. Quantitative method is used and with convenience sampling method 407 questionnaire were collected. The collected data was be analyzed by a statistical program. Reliability analysis was 0,954. In the study, the findings of the participants' demographics and career planning were presented and the expression factor analysis for individual career planning was applied. In this context, individual career planning emerged in three dimensions as working conditions and self-consciousness, setting a target and corporate guidance. Authentic leadership has been assessed with four accepted dimensions in the literature. These dimensions are self-awareness, balanced processing, relational transparency and moral perspective. Finally, regression analysis was applied to determine the effect of authentic leadership on individual career planning of students. As a result, there is a significant effect of authentıc leadership on individual career planning of undergraduate tourism students. Indeed, about 20% of the participants stated that they want to be an instructor as their career target is proofing the result.
