The Problems Faced by Female Academicians and Researchers in Turkey and Their Viewpoints concerning Agriculture

The basic aim of this study is to offer contributions of female researchers and academicians who carry out studies in the subject of agriculture in Turkey to agricultural development, the problems encountered and solutions for these problems. The problems which especially female academicians and researchers encounter with while they are practising research and educational activities in Agricultural Research Enstitutes and Universities, their research needs and their profession have been determined. Also, their viewpoints of our country's a griculture and what kind of contributions they have made have been tried to be determined, and their power and expectations have been put forward.
